1. Sales & Marketing Manager (SMM)

General Requirements :
1. Excellent communication and presentation skills
2. Computer literate and familiar with Hotel System
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions in 4 stars/chain hotel is preferred
4. Minimum D3 in relevant hotel industry
5. Target/Revenue oriented

Personal Skills :
1. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
2. Mature
3. Able to work in a team

Specific Requirements :
1. Able to set sales & marketing goal for the company
2. Able to set policy and procedure for sales & marketing
3. Has good understanding about e-commerce and revenue management
4. Able to supervise, guide and give direction to subordinate
5. Analytical and problem solving
