A five star luxury resort located in Peliatan Ubud, Bali invites applications from Indonesian nationals for the position of :

1. Pastry Chef

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in similar position.

• Possesses good leadership skills, displays natural authority with his team.

• Appreciates contact with the guests.

• Demonstrates good time management and organizational skills.

• Comfortable with basic administrative duties such as scheduling & ordering.

• Is comfortable in a variety of disciplines: whole cakes, wedding cakes, plated desserts, coffee breaks, bakery, buffets, etc.

• Is aware of the local trends and market.

• International experience is a plus.

• Is able to maintain and update the recipes following established standard

• Demonstrate good communication skill to work as a team with others department

• Fluent English is required.
