General Requirement :
1. At least 2-5 years of proven experience in the same position
2. Conversant profoundly in English (written and spoken)
3. Strong adaptability with different environment
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Great decision making and problems solving skills
6. Good leadership skills
7. Strong ability to motivate staff
8. Willing to be placed at any of our Plataran unit
