1. Chef & Beverage

Qualifications:

– Minimum 2 years experience as Executive Chef / Head Chef
– Having experience in F&B Manager
– Good communication skills & great attitude
– Familiar with VHP system
– Understanding of food costing, budgeting, and PNL
– Understanding of HACCP & Food Safety Management System
– Need ASAP
